Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk
Strap in for an afternoon including the oldest roller coaster in the West, yummy fair food, and arcade and mini golf course. The bride and groom officially became a couple there on March 31, 2022, so naturally we think its a great spot!
Capitola
Beach, yummy food with good views, cute boutique shops- what more could you want! Take an ice cream cone from Polar Bear up to the benches on Depot Hill and enjoy gorgeous views of the village and Monterey Bay-a favorite of the bride. Zelda's on Esplanade was our first date spot. Order some calamari in our honor!
The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park
Beautiful easy to moderate hikes up to 5 miles, mostly covered. Traverse the Loma Prieta fault line, famous for the Great Quake of 1989 Local Tip: Park in the parking lot of Safeway at State Park and Aptos Ranch. Cross onto Aptos Ranch Rd and go all the way back for a free entrance to the park!

The groom would devour an entire Key Lime Pie from Gayle's if given the opportunity. Stop by for breakfast, lunch, or to stock up on your favorite pastries for your stay.
