We want to have a guest list finalized by August 16th, 2025!

We plan for people to start arriving at the venue around 3:00pm-3:30pm. Seating will begin at 4pm with the ceremony starting at 4:30pm. If any accessibility accommodations are needed let one of us know in your RSVP please!

Yes! Just be sure to include them in your RSVP.

Of course! Your little ones are more than welcome to attend. There is an on site playground as well as some farm animals to check out!

Somewhere in between fancy casual and semi-formal!

Yes, the venue is outdoors and on soft grass but if it rains we have a contingency plan! We know the weather can't be predicted, especially in Oregon, but we believe it should be a nice temperate end of summer day.

We'd like for the ceremony to be unplugged without cell phones or cameras. However, for the reception feel free to bring them out!

There will be some signage at the venue to direct everyone to available parking!

We will have some reserved seats marked off for the ceremony but other than those you can sit wherever feels comfortable. Same goes for the reception.

What's for dinner?What's for dinner?

Dinner will begin at around 5:15pm. We will have to transfer the chairs over to the reception area so any help would be aprreciated. The mains will be provided by Wild Fangs Grill House from Springfield, Oregon. There will also be a lemonade and iced tea bar, as well as some assorted beer, wine, and ciders. No hard alcohol is allowed since we will not have a licensed bartender present. No smoking outside of designated areas either.

Answer

Pretty standard music fare but the music will transition to a little more adult including some expletives towards the end of the night to avoid your kiddos hearing if you're concerned about it.

We plan to wind things down and begin cleanup by 10pm. We have to be out of the venue around 11pm.

We have one with Amazon, and an in person one at Target. Gift cards to places like Jerrys, Hobby Lobby and Wilco are great too! We will also have a QR code to our cashapp accounts in case anyone would like to donate for our Honeymoon!
