Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! There will be a bus taking guests up to the mountain location. Pickup in Santa Barbara at 3:30 PM- Arrival at the ceremony location at 4:15 PM Return departure at 8:45 PM- Arrival back in Santa Barbara at 9:30 PM Exact pickup details will be shared closer to the date.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’ll be celebrating up in the Santa Barbara mountains, where the ground can be a bit uneven, think light, rough walking terrain (close toed shoes recommended) before heading downtown for post-wedding festivities. Dress for a wedding, stay comfortable, and yes, cowboy boots are more than welcome.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could fully take over the mountain! However, due to the location of the event, we’ll be keeping it an intimate wedding and are unable to accommodate additional guests at the ceremony and reception. That said, we’d love for you to bring friends or family to the BBQ the next day — the more the merrier for a casual day of celebrating together!

What’s the weather like?

Answer

The ceremony will be up in the Santa Barbara mountains, think sunshine with a cool evening breeze. We suggest light layers and comfortable shoes for walking.

Can I drive up there myself?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited parking spots, we won’t be able to accommodate separate vehicles. The available spaces will be reserved for our vendors — including catering, videographer, photographer, and singer.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be outdoors, surrounded by mountain views. We recommend bringing a light layer as it can cool down after sunset.

Your presence is truly the greatest gift! But if you’d like to contribute in another way, we do have our registry set up, and anything is so appreciated, especially anything that will help get and to and enjoy the mountains!
