When is the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding will take place on September 12, 2026. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, with guest seating available starting at 3:45 PM. When you arrive, signs will direct you towards a short tractor ride. Tractor rides will be provided to transport guests to the ceremony site; however, as seating on the tractor is limited, if you are able to enjoy the short walk, we kindly encourage you to do so. Please plan to arrive early to allow ample time to reach your seat before the ceremony begins. The reception will end promptly at 10PM.

Where is the wedding?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Hyland Orchard in Sturbridge, MA. There will be signage and plenty of parking on-site.

What is the deadline to RSVP?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 31, 2026 so we can finalize details with our vendors. Your timely response helps us ensure a smooth and enjoyable celebration for everyone. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will take place outdoors atop a picturesque hill nestled within the orchard, offering a stunning natural backdrop. The reception will be held in the charming barn, with the possibility of open barn doors to create an airy, seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We kindly invite guests to dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire for our celebration. As the ceremony will be held outdoors, we encourage you to consider comfort when selecting your attire and to choose footwear suitable for natural terrain.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Please refer to your invitation — it will indicate if you have a plus one. We wish we could include everyone, but due to space, our guest list is limited.

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a fun night out!

What should I expect for food and beverages?
Answer
We’re excited to share a delicious meal with our guests! Catering will be provided at the venue, with a thoughtfully selected menu for everyone to enjoy. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you. Our venue will be serving a selection of beer, cider, and wine throughout the celebration. Please note that spirits and mixed drinks will not be available. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to raising a glass with you!

Can I use my phone for pictures?
Answer
We kindly ask that our ceremony be a phone-free, unplugged experience so everyone can be fully present in the moment. Please keep your phones tucked away during this time as multiple photographers and videographers will be present to capture this memory. You will have access to these photos once available via this website. Once the ceremony has concluded, you’re more than welcome to use your phones and capture as many photos and memories as you’d like throughout the rest of the celebration!

Is there a hotel block?
Answer
A hotel block was booked at the Comfort Inn and Suites Sturbridge for our out-of-town guests and/or those who want to avoid the drive home! Please be sure to book your accommodations by July 12, 2026 to take advantage of the discounted rate, as availability cannot be guaranteed after this deadline. Transportation will be provided to and from the venue from the hotel for those staying. Please refer to the “hotel block” page for more information.

Is there an after party?
Answer
An after party will be hosted at the bar located within the Comfort Inn and Suites Sturbridge (from the hotel block). The bar will be open until 1AM and will be serving a variety of beer, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks.
