Where is this happening?

The wedding will take place on MaKenzie’s family farm, which has no exact address. The farm sits off Main St. in Willisburg, KY, with its main entrance located directly across from the Isaiah House. There will be signage and someone sitting at the entrance to give directions, so don’t fret!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm, so please plan to arrive by 3pm!

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your kiddos and have decided to include them in our special day. We just ask that you be mindful of their whereabouts during the ceremony, keep them seated, and walk away with them if there are any disruptions. That said, we still encourage you to make this a date night and find a sitter if that is what you would prefer!

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you keep your phones and cameras stored away during the ceremony. We know it's hard, but we promise that the professional photos from our amazing photographer will turn out so much better if everyone isn't holding a phone! Plus, our photographer is the groom's sister, so we will have the photos relatively quickly and will share them with you ASAP! You can take all the photos/videos you want during the reception, just please be mindful of where the photographer is so as to not block her shot!

May I bring a plus one?

To ensure that our ceremony and reception maintain the small, intimate setting that we are striving for, as well as seating capacity, only the guests formally invited on your invitation will be accommodated. Please only bring a plus one if that has been noted on your RSVP, which you can find by going to the RSVP page on this site and typing in your name.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will provide champagne for the toast, as well as a limited amount of beer/seltzers. Beyond that, there will be no open bar. This is a *very* casual wedding, so feel free to bring your own cooler!

What should I wear?

Answer

This is a casual outdoor ceremony on our family farm, so dress in whatever makes you feel comfortable. Our color scheme is a multicolor spring pastel, but don't feel pressured to follow that!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

The most important thing to us is that you're able to come and celebrate our wedding. However, if you wish to give a gift, we would graciously accept a contribution toward our Newlywed Fund, which will go directly toward our savings for a home. There will be a card/gift table at the wedding, but we are not registered through any stores or sites.
