As many of you know Marwan and I have been working in the aviation industry for the past 8 years. Little did I know when I accepted my flight attendant job straight out of college it would lead me to meeting my future husband. Our meet cute happened our first year at the airline, I made a run to the crew room in between flights and as I was waiting for the elevator to bring me back down to the concourse a good looking, tan man with an arm sleeve tattoo stood next to me. On our quick 1 floor ride down in the elevator he introduced himself, we made innocent small talk until the doors opened up, we said “good bye” and went our separate ways. When I made it back to the plane I looked at the flight attendant I was working with and said “I just met a tattooed honey in the elevator, and have no idea what his name was”. One year after our elevator run in we got assigned the same New Years trip. We hit it off instantly and decided that when the trip was over we would want to stay in touch, and we’ve been together ever since. We’ve made so many amazing memories together over the past 6 years and are so excited to start this next chapter of our story. The journey to get to where we are today hasn’t always been easy, but it’s always been worth it. We can’t wait to come together and celebrate with all our family and friends, who have been there to support us along the way. We wouldn’t be here without you!
