We have reserved a room block at the Ameristar Black Hawk hotel under "Sneeringer-Montecalvo Wedding." This is where the Louie, Makenzie and the bridal party will be staying. Below is the direct link to the room block. Clicking the "View" button and then "Check Availability" will bring you to the rooms. Please note that Sunday is listed as sold, however if anyone wants to extend their stay Sunday night, just call the hotel - they are not currently listing the night online. The deadline for room reservations under our room block is August 3rd! Shuttle

ACE Express Coach Shuttle

Due to the location of the venue we have provided shuttles for all of ours guests to take you to and from the wedding. These shuttles will run from Ameristar Blackhawk Hotel to our wedding venue. SHUTTLE FROM AMERISTAR BLACKHAWK HOTEL TO VENUE: 2:30PM SHUTTLE FROM VENUE TO AMERISTAR BLACKHAWK HOTEL: 9:00PM and 11:00PM PLEASE NOTE: There is little to no cell phone reception at the venue, so accessing an Uber/Lyft may not be possible. For those staying offsite, we recommend taking an Uber/Lyft to the Ameristar Blackhawk Hotel and taking the shuttle to the venue which leaves at 2:30PM. Unless you are driving your own car to the venue and parking there, you must take the return shuttle back to the Ameristar Blackhawk Hotel. From there, you can call an Uber/Lyft back to your accommodations.
