Question

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

There will be children in our families that are attending and we have decided that we will leave that up to you. As long as someone is with your child to watch them during the reception, then you are more than welcome to bring your child. Only condition is during the important dances during the reception, the child need to be off of the main dance floor. Also, there is a pond at the venue, so please be advised that the pond is not allowed to be interacted with. Please note; if you don’t have extra guests with your name for RSVP, your kids are not invited and we do apologize. We encourage you to use this day as a “night out” for yourselves! Thank you :)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If we have provided a plus one on your invite, then you are more than welcome to :) please provide your date’s name on the RSVP. If you’re not able, their name will be listed as “so-so’s guest” for the seating arrangement.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately no. We will provide some different choices regarding gluten allergies, but other than that, we cannot take special requests. If you have food allergies and are concerned about the menu, please feel free to contact either Kenzie or Josh.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code, casual or cocktail. Our theme will be dark, romance, fantasy vibes… so it will be all dark colors including black and maroon. So with that, you can keep the theme in mind when choosing what attire to wear. We would LIKE for people to wear the darkest clothing you have, but you are more than welcome to wear what you’d like.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have not stayed at a hotel in Napleon, OH yet.. but there are a few options close by including Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn, etc.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

I have not set any up due to the venue being close to our houses, but according to the venue owner, there is shuttle services in the works. Also, if you happen to book a hotel nearby, i would inquire about shuttle services provided by them.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking at the venue. It has its own parking lot that will be set up, and plenty of space to park. Signs will be posted :)

Question

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

We prefer to use the QR code provided on the invites you received. If you are unable to figure out the QR code or prefer not to use that method, please contact Kenzie, Josh or MOH Mikayla for questions/help. There are no RSVP cards provided. Using the website makes the seating chart and organization tremendously easier for us. Thank you.

Answer

The plan is to have the ceremony outside, pending weather conditions. The reception will be inside. If the weather conditions are unlucky for us, we will be having the ceremony inside as well.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have not, due to budget. If you would like to reserve a hotel room, I would call nearby hotels as soon as you decide you are coming to our wedding.

Answer

OFCOURSE THERE WILL BE, it’s a party after all ;)

Question

Answer

Please, we beg of you, refrain from having your phones out during the ceremony. There is a reason we are hiring a photographer, please let them do their jobs. You are able to take any pictures or videos you would like before and after the ceremony, but we would prefer to not have cell phones in the way of the photographers during the ceremony. Thank you :)

Answer

Answer
