What is the dress code?

Garden Formal — think timeless and polished, with a touch of vineyard floral charm. Dresses, jumpsuits, suits, or sport coats are perfect. We’ll be celebrating outdoors, so choose shoes that handle grass.

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking is available on site. Enter through the Tasting Room drive, follow the gravel road past the tobacco barn, and you’ll find parking for the Amphitheatre/Vineyard Terrace Room area. We encourage you to car pool or plan to Uber if you are choosing to indulge in wine.

What time should I arrive?

Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early in order to park, find seating, and take in the views before we say "I Do".

With all hope, April showers will hold off. The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors, if the weather has other plans we will move indoors. We recommend guest brings an umbrella incase.

Is it an open bar?

Answer

In true vineyard style, we’ll be serving a curated selection of our favorite Equus Run wines — chosen to pair perfectly with dinner and reflect a few of our personal favorites. A cash bar will also be available for guests who wish to enjoy other beverages.
