Q: Can we bring our children to the wedding?

Answer

A: We love your little ones! However, to allow all guests (including parents!) the chance to relax and enjoy themselves, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Q: Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

A: Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors behind the venue. The reception will follow inside the venue. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the ceremony will also be held inside the venue

Q: Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

A: Yes! There is parking available on the premises. You’re welcome to leave your car overnight if needed, but please be sure to pick it up by 10:00 a.m. the next day.

Q: What food and drinks will be served?

Answer

A: Dinner will be a BBQ buffet with plenty of delicious options. Drinks will include beer, wine, and liquor, so come hungry and ready to raise a glass!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal to semi-formal, with spring-inspired colors encouraged.

Will there be a shuttle service for the wedding?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle provided from the hotel to the wedding venue. However, we will have a one-way shuttle at the end of the night to take guests back to all three hotels listed on our wedding website. We want to make sure everyone gets home safely — so take advantage of it!
