When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are requesting to please RSVP no later than August 31st, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to secure parking for the ceremony and be seated. If you’re not seated by the time the ceremony starts, we kindly ask that you join us at the reception. *Please note that the Spruce Pine BBQ & Bluegrass festival is also happening on this date at the same time guests will be arriving for our wedding. Parking lots at Spruce Pine First Baptist and the Cross St Commerce Center will be reserved for our wedding guests*

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/post on social media?

Answer

We are requesting no cell phones during the ceremony, including no pictures or video to be taken. We have a wonderful Photographer and Videographer to capture the love during this time so that all of our family and friends can be fully present with us and we will share these photos and video with you. Pictures and video are welcome, and encouraged, to be taken and shared with us during the cocktail hour and reception!

Are children welcome to attend?

We are delighted to welcome children to our wedding celebration! To ensure everyone enjoys the day, we kindly ask that parents keep an eye on their little ones and help maintain a calm and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Between the ceremony and reception, we will have a cocktail hour at the Cross St Commerce Center, 31 Cross St, Spruce Pine, NC, 28777. This is the same location as our reception. There will be light snacks and drinks served while the photographers are capturing photos of the newlyweds, the wedding party and our immediate families.

We will be having a catered dinner of BBQ with all the fixing's!
