Our story...
July 30th
We went on our first date at Stella in the highlands on July 30, 2015. In the next few weeks, we went to a Broncos’ game (Makenzie’s first), Elitches for some roller coasters, and OneUp for some PacMan. Fast forward 4 years, 1 dog (sweet Pauli), 3 moves, 3 Target stores, 1 family medicine residency, 1 new job, 1 home purchase later we found ourselves back on July 30, 2019. Makenzie came home from work (completely unaware of the anniversary)... and while standing next to the kitty food bowl in the unfurnished basement—Craig got down on one knee...and the rest is history.
