There will be 2 shuttles picking people up at 3:45pm at the Best Western and will arrive to the event site at 4:30pm. Each shuttle fits 28 people. Towards the end of the night, there will be a shuttle arriving to the event site for people who would like to leave a little early. At the end of the night there will be one last shuttle to bring people back to the hotel. There is an after party at La Parilla for 10PM-12PM.
The Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Formal
There will be a shuttle available to take people from the parking lot to the Ceremony site for those who need it.
Reception
5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Cocktail hour will start at 5:30pm while wedding party will be taking photos. 6:30 the reception will start.
