Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! Cocktail or semiformal. We'll be outside for 30 minutes in the summer sun (if it doesn't rain) and then inside for the next 5 hours. The ground for the ceremony is grassy, so be mindful of stilettos!

If you see that your invitation card lists your name and a "guest," then yes!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
The Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott of Columbus-Dublin has been blocked for 20 rooms. It's the closest hotel between the airport and the country club and has provided a discounted rate for our wedding group if you use the codes "Fannin" OR "Hanson." It's best to book as soon as possible because more rooms CAN be blocked if necessary, but it has to be done by the first Friday of the month of August.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Sure thing! The kitchen said they would make their best efforts to provide accommodations as needed. I already have one specific person in mind with a gluten allergy who we've already mentioned to the wedding planner. You know who you are lol

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We're currently working on getting an Uber/Lyft voucher for transportation to and from the Fairfield Inn and Scioto Reserve Country Club. Stay tuned!

Do I have to RSVP via card and the website?
Answer
Nope! If you prefer to use the card over the website, you can send the RSVP back to our address. If you prefer to use the website and save yourself a stamp, there's no need to fill out the RSVP card. The food selections listed on the RSVP card is just a menu for you to look at, but you won't have to select what dinner you would like until you make it to the reception.
