When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests please arrive to Clarks Landing Yacht Club by 4pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation was addressed to you and a guest, of course!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are both at Clark's Landing. Clark's has plenty of parking for guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. We are providing a shuttle to and from the Courtyard Wall. Ahead of the ceremony, there will be a shuttle at 3:30pm. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests to the after party and the hotel. We suggest guests staying at Air BnBs or another hotel use rideshare.

Are there room blocks at any other hotels?

Answer

No, we have only blocked rooms at the Courtyard Wall. You may choose to stay anywhere you like, but the bride and groom would love for you to stay with them at the Courtyard!

What should I do if I don't make the room block?

Answer

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are both being held at Clark's Landing Yacht Club. Guests will be asked to go straight from the ceremony to cocktail hour right across the hall!

Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. No need to worry about the weather!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. The venue has assured they can accommodate all food allergies and diets.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. There will be a chicken, beef, seafood and vegetarian option.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Black Tie optional. We ask men to wear a dark suit and tie and women to wear an evening gown or a knee-length cocktail dress.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Even the best parents need a night off sometimes! Please only bring your children if the invitation is addressed to them.

Will there be an open bar?

What time will the wedding reception end?

Answer

The wedding reception will conclude at 10pm. However, there will be an after party held at the Shore House in Point Pleasant. Transportation will be provided to Shore House for those who would like to attend with the bride and groom. We encourage everyone to keep the party going!

Will there be late night snacks?

Answer

There will be a "to go" station at the end of the reception with some fun Jersey inspired snacks! We will also be providing welcome bags for hotel guests that will have some snacks in them.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony space, cocktail hour, ballroom and restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
