FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out to Makenzie at (937) 570-9545 or to our wedding planner Nevada Lund (502) 377-9437
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will need to have RSVP's in by March 15th, 2024 in order to get a good head count on how much food to provide!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered both with Amazon and Zola! You can find each of those links/websites under the registry tab on our wedding website.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we simply cannot have any extra guests at our wedding. Therefore, we ask that you do not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We truly wish we could invite all our guests’ children to our wedding to celebrate, however we are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party at our reception. We hope this allows some parents to have a fun little weekend getaway children free! We are very sorry if this causes any inconveniences.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We currently have 2 hotels with room blocks for our guests for the weekend! Please see the travel section on our website to reserve your room closer to our event! There are also really great Airbnb options in and around Shelbyville if you would rather go that route.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking behind the church for the ceremony and there is parking on the right side of the building at the reception!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation to and from the hotels to the venue! Pickup at both hotels after ceremony and drop off at both hotels at the end of the night.

Question

About the venue

Answer

Our reception will be at a barn venue. With this there will be both cement flooring and grass outside of the barn. Parking will be in the grass as well. It is recommended that you consider shoe options for both grass and dancing the night away.
