From Hinge to honeymoon! Makenna and Luke met on Hinge, where they went from casual introductions to joking about their wedding before they had even met. Their first date was at Sixty Vines in downtown Nashville, and at the end of the night, Luke gave Makenna a ring pop—sweet foreshadowing of what was to come.
They officially started dating on October 12, 2024, and quickly built a life filled with laughter, cat adoptions, and plenty of sweet treat runs. Makenna works at Vanderbilt University's Institute of National Security, and Luke is working as a Cardiovascular ICU nurse as he prepares for medical school.
