It all started when MaKenna noticed Shale at the gym playing basketball her sophomore year at Northwest. After encouragement and a few Instagram searches (his unique name made it easy to find him), she realized some of her sorority friends followed him on Instagram. MaKenna talked to those girls and they said we'd be a perfect match. They told Shale about this and after a few months, Shale decides to reach out to MaKenna and here we are 4.5 years later.
