To RSVP, click the RSVP tab here on the website and follow the steps from there. Select whether you and you other guest(s) will be attending and what meal each of you would like.
Please RSVP by March 20th. All RSVPs after this date will be marked as “unable to attend”. While we will miss celebrating with you, we must provide an exact head count to our vendors. Due to this we cannot accept any late RSVP’s. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, and beverage accommodations for you).
In keeping with the spirit of the event, formal black attire is requested. Your presence, in grace and style, will complete the evening. Your outfit does not have to be all black, accent colors with the black is fine!
With careful consideration of our venue's capacity and our desire to create an intimate celebration, we have thoughtfully determined guest invitations. If a plus one has been extended to you, it will be clearly indicated when you RSVP.
We kindly request that guests refrain from using phones during our ceremony. Our professional photographer will beautifully capture every precious moment, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy the celebration. After the ceremony, we welcome you to take photos and videos throughout the rest of our wedding day.
Yes, there is parking available at our venue. However, we've arranged a complimentary shuttle service between the hotels and the wedding location to ensure everyone's comfort and safety. We encourage guests who plan to enjoy our celebration to take advantage of this convenient transportation option.
We recommend arriving between 3:30 and 3:50 PM, allowing ample time to be comfortably seated before our ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. To ensure a smooth arrival, we suggest taking the provided shuttle service.
Our wedding reception will feature an elegant plated dinner with three delightful entrée choices: Champagne Chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and tri-colored honey glazed carrots, Rainbow Tortellini, and Veggie Centricity. For our younger guests under 12, we'll offer a special children's meal of chicken tenders accompanied by mac & cheese.
