When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Friday July 12th.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This wedding is a semi-formal event. We request you refrain from wearing jeans, white, or a color that resembles white.

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 4:30 pm. We ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes before this time to ensure that you can park and find a seat before the ceremony begins.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! The shuttle is picking up guests staying at both our hotel blocks beginning at 3:30pm at 4 points. The shuttle will leave at 3:45 from the Courtyard Marriott. The first shuttle back to the hotel will begin around 9pm and will return in hour increments until midnight. We highly recommend utilizing either the shuttle or Uber/Lyft. Please drink responsibility and have a safe ride home. We want everyone to have a fun time and everyone to be safe our special day!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The Pines White offers a grass lot that cars may park in during the ceremony and reception as well as overnight. Please pick up your cars by 8am the following day.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your guest name, or "and guest" is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Thank you for understanding that we aren’t able to accommodate everyone we wish we could on this day.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Invitations/ RSVP’s will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!
