At one time this bar was the only cool bar for adults in all of Waco, visit a piece of history lol. But really it is very cool and even have their own beer named after them from a Fort Worth brewery!
Homestead Heritage
Is it a cult? Probably, but they make such great bread and furniture that we overlook it. Run by a group of agri-christians returning to their roots growing and producing all their own products, like the Amish but they accept credit cards. Go for great food and shopping!
Waco Mammoth National Monument
Real mammoth bones! Great spot to take kids and adults alike.
Cameron Park
For those of you looking for a little outside time, Cameron Park has some great running and "hiking" trails, parks for kids, and spots to picnic! It should be beautiful in the spring with everything in bloom!
