Maid of Honor
Shaylee and Makena met Freshmen year of college and have been best friends since the moment they met. Shaylee spent countless nights sleeping over at Makena's apartment. Shay is someone that understands Makena like no one else does. When Makena and Shay are retired and old you will most likely catch them with houses next to each others on a large property somewhere. Shay is currently an a Pediatric Emergency RN in Chattanooga, TN.
Justin
Best Man
Justin and Michael have been lifelong friends, having both grown up in the same neighborhood of East county San Diego. Throughout the years, they have maintained a close friendship and continue to hang out on the daily (he's our roommate). With Michael being an only child, it makes Justin the closest thing to a brother he has!
Trav
Groomsman
Traveling Wolf and Michael became close friends late in high school and that relationship flourished when they were college roommates and fraternity brothers. Trav has a burning passion for the game of golf - another item him and Michael continue to connect on over the years. Traveling Wolf will be excited to try out some North Idaho / East Washington golf in September, and Michael will be excited to try and take some of his money along the way!
Hailey

Hailey has been a friend of Makena's since 2nd grade. Hailey, Madi, and Makena have been inseparable for over 10 years now. When Makena's visiting home she will most likely be hanging with Hailey and Madi. Hailey is a Master Esthetician at the Highlands Day Spa in Post Falls. Hailey is also getting married August 10th!
Jazmine
Bridesmaid
Jazmine is one of Makena's college roommates. Jaz is Makena and Maggie's go-to beach buddy in San Diego. Jaz is also Makena's partner in crime on the slopes. Jaz and Makena have skied together numerous times at 4 different resorts this past winter. Jazmine and Makena work at the same hospital (Rady Children's) so they get to hang out at work and outside. Jaz is an RN in the NICU.
Austin
Groomsman
Austin and Michael are high school friends as well, having known each other for around the last ten years. Austin has always been around to partake in our adventures, be it a day on the lake for wake surfing, trips to Mexico, going out off-roading... you name it. We are happy that Austin can join us on the big day!
Alyssa
Bridesmaid
Alyssa and Makena met through one of Michael's buddies (Blaine) years ago. Alyssa and Blaine are Makena and Michael's go-to double dates! Alyssa is also engaged to Blaine and will be getting married next July. Alyssa is an RN in the ICU for UCSD Health.
Blaine
Groomsman
Blaine and Michael are from the same neighborhood in San Diego county as well, having gotten to know each other well during little league baseball. Although they were on rival teams back in the day (go Red Sox!), their friendship has grown close as they grew up. After high school, both Blaine and Michael have continued to hunt, fish, camp and travel together. Blaine is engaged to Makena's bridesmaid, Alyssa, and the two couples hang out on the regular.

Madi is one of Makena's friends since 2nd grade. Madi, Hailey, and Makena were the Liberty Lake girly trio! Madi is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Washington State University.
Tony
Groomsman
Tony and Michael are high school pals, having met at the same time as his other groomsman, Austin. As Tony is a construction foreman, some of his favorite hobbies revolve around doing things in the dirt. Off-roading, camping, target shooting and more - these are all things Michael and Tony share a passion for and have enjoyed together. Tony is recently engaged to his fiancé, Sam, who will be in attendance.
Nicole

Nicole is one of Makena's college roommates and besties. Makena and Nicole lived together for 2 years, sharing lots of great memories and adopting all their cats together. Nicole currently is pursing her graduate studies in Paris, France learning fashion sustainability.
George

George and Michael met at infancy, much the same as him and Justin. George's father and Michael's grandfather are very close friends, which prompted many travels and memories together. George and Michael have grown up fishing, hunting and traveling as a unit. Having been on numerous trips, hunts and excursions together over the years, Michael is grateful that George is able to be a groomsmen on his big day.
Julia

Julia is Michael's little cousin! Makena and Julia have hit it off since the first time they met. Julia is a little sister to Makena. Julia will be attending Palomar College as a freshmen this fall.
Joe
Groomsman
Joe and Michael met while in school at Northern Arizona University during their time in the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. Joe hails from Durango, CO and enjoys his time on the snowboard, the golf course and his time with the boys. Joe is Michael's little brother in the fraternity - a relationship that helped Michael and Joe grow close during their time in Flagstaff.
