Our favorite place to get coffee! Blake's go-to order is an iced mocha & Ellie's is an iced carmel latte. They also have great breakfast and lunch food.

Lolli-Pops Bakery

We went here the night that Blake proposed. We both enjoy the Creekside white wine and love their spinach & artichoke dip.

Chankaska Creek Ranch, Winery, & Distillery

Our first date in Mankato was here! They have the best milkshakes & cheese curds.

Boulder Tap House - Mankato

Paddlefish Brewing

One of the most popular restaurants in the Mankato area and one of Blake’s favorites! You won’t leave hungry or disappointed. Heads up, due to how popular it is, wait times can be long.

Minnesota Wing King

This is our favorite walking path in the area. We like to grab a coffee at LolliPops & head across the street to start walking! Another great place to get to the trail is next to The Anchor in Madison Lake. There is a parking lot available.
