Welcome Dinner

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Dress Code: Casual Attire. Examples include sundresses, jeans, sandals, and sneakers. This event will transition directly to the Friday Night Bonfire, so be prepared to be outside and bring layers if necessary.

Food will be served at the dining hall in an open buffet style, and will be available until 8pm. Beer and soft drinks will be served.

Welcome Bonfire

Waterfront Open

8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Swimming, and use of canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards will be available. There will be a lifeguard on site form 8-12pm. Lawn games will also be available in front of the dining hall at this time.

Cabin Check In

10:00 am - 4:30 pm

For those who are arriving on Saturday, check in will be available from 10:30am-4:30pm.

Saturday Lunch Pick-Up

11:00 am - 11:45 am

To go style lunches can be picked up from the dining hall between 11:00 and 11:45am

Bus Departure

12:15 pm

Buses will arrive to the camp beginning at 12pm. Please be on the bus by 12:15 for departure to the church.

Ceremony

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Recommended attire is Semi-Formal

Cocktail Hour

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Recommended attire is Semi-Formal

Cocktail hour will take place on the lawn in front of the dining hall. There will be live music, open bar, appetizers, lawn games, and other activities for guests to enjoy before we begin our reception

Reception

5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Recommended attire is Semi-Formal

This will feature dinner, drinks, and dancing - we hope you're ready to party with us!
