This is Courtneys sister, Shelbey. Shelbey has always been there to give Courtney advice and has always been there to cheer her on. Shelbey is one of those siblings you wish for and really hope that you get. An interesting thing to know about Shelbey is that she will always find a way to be the life of the party, whether that is doing shots or getting everybody out on the dance floor on my wedding day. This is Courtneys best friend, Megan. Courtney met Megan through work about 2 years ago and they became friends instantly. Megan has seen Courtney through all of her ups and downs while Courtney has been in Vegas, and she was overjoyed when Courtney finally told her about Brian. Something to note about Megan is that she can always light up a room, whether it's by burning it down or from her sparkling personality. Jess was one of the first people that Courtney met in Vegas and they quickly realized what they had in common. Jess is one of those people that would do anything for Courtney and Courtney would do the same for her. Through countless breakups, pool days, country concerts, and work softball games, they have really been through it all in the short amount of time they have been friends. An interesting fact about Jess is she is the bubbliest person you will ever meet but can also be a sour patch kid if she needs to be. Courtney met Ian while in EMT school back in Illinois. Funny little back story, Ian actually thought Courtney was mean for the longest time in EMT school before they even talked. Once they started talking, they hit it off instantly and Ian is now Courtneys 'Gay bestie'. Ian is the most amazing individual and has the kindest heart. He is always there to give the advice or opinion that Courtney doesn't always want to hear. Most of the time, it turned out Ian was right after Courtney refused to listen. An interesting fact about Ian is that is laugh is contagious. It never fails that if Ian is laughing, odds are Courtney is probably laughing too. Ian is always there even from 1000 miles away and Courtney Couldn't ask for anything better. Favorite Ian quote: "Yasssss. Slay queen!"

Marissa Argyrou

Courtney and Marissa met each other in middle school but really didn't become friends until Freshman year of high school. Marissa and Courtney were inseparable all the way through high school, clearly from the prom picture Courtney chose. Marissa is another one that has always been there for Courtney whenever she needs her. It has been more difficult for them to keep in contact because life gets in the way, but they always make it a point to check in with each other. An interesting fact about Marissa is that her and Courtney used to watch the movie Step Brothers all the time and could almost quote the entire thing. But also, her loyalty as a friend is unmatched. Jena is Courtneys best friend from back home. Courtney and Jena have known each other for a very long time. They played many years of softball together and were always around each other. Brian met Kevin through a previous relationship, and they continued to stay in contact. Kevin has a big heart and has a good soul.
