What do I wear?
Answer
The recommended attire for the evening is Black Tie Formal. Our wedding colors are all neutral palette colors. If you want to take part and match the theme, blacks, creams, champagnes, and tans will make you a part of the decor. However, we are just excited to share the day with you so if all you have is jorts and tee shirts, we will still be glad you came. Black Tie Examples: Men - Black formal dinner suits, white dress shirts, solid colored bow-ties or neckties (black is recommended), and black shoes. Women - Black, cream, champagne, tan, or other neutral palette floor-length evening gowns, formal cocktail dresses, elegant suits, and formal shoes.

Are kids welcome?

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about their little ones, we politely request that only adults attend.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Many wedding elements require specific headcounts and personal placements. We ask that only the people in your RSVP form attend. That said, if you feel that we may have missed someone important, please let us know and we can discuss these exceptions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm sharp! Please try to arrive 10 minutes early and prepare in advanced for Friday traffic! In our experience it has taken approximately 60 minutes to get from Uptown Charlotte to the venue on Friday evenings around this time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes - there is ample parking onsite at the venue!

What is for dinner?
Answer
We will celebrate with a feast of fresh garden salads, rolls, garlic parmesan chicken, carved flank steak, mashed potato bar, and green beans.

Will there be alcohol?

We will have a selection of beers and wines to merrily celebrate the day.
