What attire is preferred?
Answer
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Are there any details about the venue that guests should know?
Answer
The venue sits on a ranch that houses the Tejas Steakhouse & Saloon and the Tejas Rodeo! When accessing the venue, guests will see a small sign for "Western Sky" directing them down a gravel road. *We ask guests to please drive slowly to minimize the amount of dust generated while driving on the gravel road!*

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We ask guests to arrive at 5:30PM to allow for sufficient time to park and get seated. Please note that guests will have access to the indoor reception area immediately.

What should I do if I am running late?
Answer
Please drive in slowly to prevent dust and noise as the ceremony will be held outside. You may proceed to the reception hall where you can view the ceremony from the cocktail area on the back patio.

Can I BYOB?
Answer
No! All alcoholic beverages must be served by the bar. The bride & groom will be FINED for any outside alcohol that is consumed (including flasks in the parking lot). There will be an open bar provided for all guests over 21.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
We will have small snacks available during Cocktail Hour but we will be serving traditional Texas BBQ plates for dinner which are not Vegan/Vegetarian/GF friendly. Please reach out to the Bride or Groom to explore different options.
