While we would love to celebrate with everyone, our venue’s capacity is extremely limited. We’re only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.
To allow all guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and celebration, we respectfully request no children attend, except for family. We respectfully request children attendance for family only.
The reception is location in the Hope Life Center building located to the left of the sanctuary. A kindly reminder if you have received an invitation and plan to attend the reception an RSVP notification is required as seats are by RSVP basis only, we would be saddened if you could not come and have a seat at the reception because an RSVP notification was not sent out, an RSVP is required for each seat by the deadline. Information to send RSVP is included in the invitation and RSVPs are accepted until the 28th of November. Unfortunately after this date we can no longer accept anymore RSVPs. We look forward to seeing your RSVPs!
Reception food will be appetizers, a pasta bar, ice cream bar, cake, and refreshments.
Doors will open at 12:00 PM Noon. If you arrive early we kindly ask that you wait to enter until noon. The only entrance for guests is in the front foyer of Hopewell Baptist Church where the large window and stone are located. Please do not enter through the side foyer or any other location as we want you to be greeted, welcomed, and seated.
Parking is designated in the Hopewell Baptist Church parking lot as well as the Hope Life Center Parking Lot. We kindly ask that no one remains parked in the cemetery or under the Hope Life Center awning for emergency purposes and for the couples send off.
When the wedding ceremony begins at 12:30 PM.
