Anything that makes you feel beautiful/handsome. We are going for a woodsy and casual vibe, but we just want everyone to feel comfortable and confident. Just keep in mind, July in Georgia can get pretty warm!
We are planning on a build your own taco bar, if anyone has any dietary restrictions dont hesitate to reach out and we will make sure everyone leaves full bellied!
We must be honest, there will be some adult fun taking place, if you are worried about exposure to drinking or perhaps some potty mouthed party goers, it may be best to keep kids at home. Being that the bride is expecting there will be at least one wary set of eyes looking out for the littles, but we are leaving it up to parents discretion.
We hope to have a final head count by July the 5th, but we can understand the short notice, just shoot us a message for any changes in plans! If you are unable to attend, we can always send you an invite to the facebook virtual event, where we will be live streaming the ceremony.
The ceremony will begin at 6pm, and seating will not be assigned for those outside of immediate family so we ask that everyone try to be on site by 5:45 to grab a good seat. If you havent arrived by 6 thats okay, we would just ask that you head inside the cabin and wait for the ceremony to come to an end so as to avoid any distractions. We would still love to break bread and be merry!
This will be a very small event, as we honestly considered a courthouse elopement. Budget and time constraints have lead us to be very careful in the consideration of invitations. We have done our best to consider any possible plus ones, but if the name of your hopeful plus one is not on the invitation we will also be hosting a virtual event and live streaming the ceremony and they are more than welcome to be a part of that. Just ask for a virtual invite to the live event!
The cabin has a considerable driveway, but anyone capable of carpooling would surely be helping us to ensure that everyone will have somewhere to park.
