We're getting married! We can't wait to celebrate with you

Josh and Makayla's story starts at the age of 15. Josh and Makayla first met in high school. They briefly dated for two weeks. After that, they went their separate ways for years. Random Instagram likes here and there. Passing by each other in the driveway of her sister’s house while she was getting her monthly car detail. Makayla graduated college in 2022 and moved back to a small house in Louisa, VA. That is when Josh, added Makayla on social media. After going back and forth, Makayla had a friend who said "What’s the worst he can do, not answer? Then just block him." So Makayla did just that, she reached out to Josh via Snapchat. From there on, Makayla and Josh reconnected in October of 2022. Tully knew she had found a new dog dad. From sleepovers, the flu, buggy trips where we almost died, to waking up at 3:00 AM for a duck hunt and then a drive to Pennsylvania for a new truck (that was a 22-hour day). We finally made it official, the night of his sister’s wedding in January of 2023. Shortly after that, we moved in together and got engaged with friends and family around in October of 2023. Through this time, they have added to their family with Cash (their black lab). Makayla supported Josh in buying a new boat and taking up a new summer hobby. Lastly, they bought their first home in Unionville, VA in November of 2024. Safe to say, they have found forever.
