When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP for the wedding by Friday, November 15, 2024, so that we have ample time to give correct head counts to our amazing vendors!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Zola, Amazon, Crate and Barrel, and Target. See the "Registry" tab above for an easy way to see gift recommendations.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This wedding is semi-formal/dressy casual. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. Be sure to wear something appropriate for Texas December weather!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony at 3:30pm so that we can begin promptly at 4:00pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We do not provide any transportation from accommodations to the venue.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

One of the reasons we love our venue is the extensive parking availability! So, yes, there should be plenty of parking for everyone in attendance. However, we still recommend carpooling to make everyone's exits at the end of the night go smoother and quicker.

Will there be a cocktail hour or reception?

Answer

Yes! We will have both following the 4:00pm ceremony, though we're having a dry wedding (no alcohol). If the weather goes to plan, the "cocktail" hour will take place outdoors with s'mores and a hot chocolate/coffee bar, and the reception will be indoors for a BBQ dinner.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one/guest on your invitation, you may bring a date. However, we have a small guest list of close friends and family, so not everyone will receive a plus one. Contact the bride and groom if you aren't sure if you have a plus one.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your kids are included on your invitation, then you may bring them. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements with other family members or a babysitter.

Answer

Can guests take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony. We would like everyone to make memories without technology and just be in the present moment. Photos during the cocktail hour and reception are very much encouraged, though!!
