What time should guests arrive?

Answer

We please ask that you arrive by 4:15 PM to find parking and your seats. The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear whatever would make you comfortable, as the ceremony is outside (this is Ohio, you never know what the weather could bring) . The reception following the ceremony will be inside in an air conditioned/heated venue.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP by August 16th, 2025. This is to ensure we can give our caterer enough time to plan for food and so our wedding venue knows how many chairs/tables to set up, as they set up and decorate for us! If you are unsure how to RSVP through the website, please contact the Mother of the Bride, Jonda Brewer at 937-763-2531, or the Bride at 937-763-9750 for assistance.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a gravel lot for parking. There will be handicap parking available and a golf cart that can take guests to their seats if needed.

Can I bring a date or an extra person?

Answer

As much as we would love to have everyone bring a date and extra people, our venue has limited space. When you RSVP, the amount of people associated with your name will appear. Please fill out your information, as well as theirs when you get to this option. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to reach out to MaKayla or Jacob!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please scan the QR code or type the URL into your internet browser. From there, click the RSVP tab on our website. Next, please enter the first and last name of one member of your party. If you're responding for you and a guest (or your family), you'll be able to RSVP for your entire group.
