Please RSVP as soon as you know you can attend our big day! All RSVPs are due by August 1st.
We truly hope to celebrate with you, but due to vendor deadlines and the need for accurate headcounts, we kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by August 1st. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive your RSVP by then, we will have to assume you’re unable to attend. We appreciate your understanding and help in making sure everything is planned smoothly for our special day!
While we’ll miss you, we completely understand! If you’re unable to attend, please still take a moment to submit your RSVP and select “not attending.” This helps us finalize our headcount and planning with our vendors. Your love and support mean the world to us, whether you’re there in person or cheering us on from afar!
We absolutely love and welcome the little ones of our closest friends and family who are traveling to celebrate with us! There will be plenty of space for them to play and enjoy the day. However, we kindly ask local guests to consider making this a special date night, if possible, so everyone can fully enjoy the celebration. For the ceremony, seating is limited, and a quieter atmosphere will help us create a truly intimate moment. We appreciate your understanding and support in making this day as special as possible!
We are so excited to celebrate with you and would love for everyone to dress up for our special day! Our dress code is semi-formal, so think dress pants, khakis, cocktail or maxi dresses, and polished attire. While we want you to feel comfortable, we kindly ask that guests avoid jeans, flannels, tennis shoes, or overly casual clothing. No need for a tux or ball gown—just dress to impress and be ready for a beautiful evening!
Please refer to your RSVP online to see if a plus one was included in your invitation. If your RSVP does not list a plus one, we kindly ask that you attend solo and enjoy the celebration with all of our amazing guests!
Yes! Our ceremony and reception will both be held at the same venue off Lake Esquagama in Gilbert, MN. There is parking available on-site, and for those who need it, transportation will be provided at the end of the night to ensure everyone gets home safely.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:50 PM. If you arrive after this time, we kindly ask that you wait before entering, as the parking lot is close to the ceremony space, and we want to keep this moment as intimate and uninterrupted as possible. Thank you for being mindful and helping us create a beautiful experience!
We kindly ask that all guests refrain from using phones, cameras, or any electronic devices during the ceremony. This will be an unplugged ceremony, and it's something we feel very strongly about. We’ve hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture every special moment, and we want everyone to be fully present with us. Feel free to take all the photos you’d like after the ceremony—we promise there will be plenty of beautiful moments to capture then! Thank you for helping us create a meaningful and distraction-free experience.
Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoors to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The reception will take place indoors, so we’ll be able to celebrate comfortably regardless of the forecast. Fingers crossed for sunshine!
