How and when should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 2. To respond, click the “RSVP” tab. Enter your name exactly as it appears on your invitation to access your invitation details and submit your response.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Ceremony guests, please arrive 15–20 minutes early. Reception-only guests are welcome to arrive starting at 7:00 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal or cocktail attire. Ladies, please refrain from wearing any white, ivory, or champagne tones. No denim or shorts.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically listed on the invitation. If a plus one is included, it will be clearly indicated on your invite. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our celebration intimate and special!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel and reception?

Answer

A shuttle will be available for guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. It will be available after the ceremony and run until the end of the reception.

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking available at both locations.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn and the Country Inn and Suites. You can book these under the Travel page.

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.
