From the moment they met, they instantly clicked, and she’s had a front-row seat to Makayla’s journey into the woman and mom she is today. Makayla truly couldn’t imagine this moment without her by her side.

She is Makayla’s older cousin, and they’ve been lucky enough to grow up side by side, sharing so many memories along the way. As kids, Makayla always looked up to her as the “cool cousin” she wanted to be like—and that hasn’t changed much. Today, she’s an amazing mom, a wonderful wife, and someone Makayla still admires deeply. She’s always ready to lend a hand, not just to her family but to her community as well, putting in the time and hard work to make a difference. Makayla is so grateful to have her standing by her side.

He’s the guy you call when you need help, and somehow also the one who’ll have you laughing when you’re in a bad mood (without even trying). He might not be the most talkative in the room, but when he shows up, you know things are going to get handled. Humble, reliable, and always putting others first, Makayla and Eric are lucky to have him standing by their side… and keeping things interesting along the way.

Every crew needs someone who brings the fun, the chaos, and the heart—and that’s Brody.

Her love for animals says everything about her big heart—her home (and all her fosters) prove it.
