What is the Wedding Dress Code?

Beach Chic/Cocktail Attire (Solid Colors/Muted Patterns) -Men: Polos and Slacks (Summer Suits/Sports Coats Optional) -Women: Cocktail Dresses & Sun Dresses *No Jeans, Shorts, Swimsuits, or Loud Patterns please!

Is there a resort dress code?

Answer

There is a dress code for the restaurants on the resort! Dinner Regular Casual: (All Restaurants except Chez Isabelle) -For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt and blouse, or dress. -For Gentlemen: Shorts, Bermudas, Capri or long pants. Dress shirt, collarless shirt, or polo shirt. -Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. *Sleeveless t-shirts, tank tops, beach sandals, or flip flops are not allowed. Dinner Casual Elegance: (Only Chez Isabelle requires this dress code) -For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt and blouse, or dress. -For Gentlemen: Long dress pants and a collared shirt. -Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. *T-shirts, tank tops, collarless shirts, shorts, beach sandals, or flip flops are not allowed.

When will my reservation be charged?

Answer

All the reservations will be charged in full thirty (30) days prior to your arrival day to the credit card provided during the booking process.

Is Airport Transportation included?

Answer

Free airport transfer includes 1 private round-trip transportation per room reservation. Service is to and from Cancun International Airport. Transportation Service must be reserved directly through Seasons Tours at: transfers@seasonstours.com.
