When should I get to the venue?

Answer

Please come between 3:30-3:45pm. The ceremony will begin at 4pm.

Is parking available at ceremony venue?

Yes, there is ample parking on site.

Where is the Reception?

Answer

Ceremony, APPY Hour and Reception are all onsite at View Point by Buckhorn Creek.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! There is a golf cart available to transport from parking lot to the ceremony location for those who need it.

Should I eat before I come?

Answer

Yes. Food will not be served until after 5pm for appetizers and dinner will not be served until 6pm.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

While the CEREMONY is unplugged (meaning no phones or cameras) we encourage taking pictures at the APPY Hour and the reception. We can’t wait to share wedding photos taken by our photographer when we receive them!

Will it be hot?

Answer

The average temperature is 87 degrees Fahrenheit at peak sun. There will be fans and plenty of water. Please stay hydrated!
