Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code will be formal wedding attire. The colour scheme will be: Black, White, Gold, Champagne, Grey and light shades of Brown. We are born again Christians and will be having our wedding ceremony in a church, please dress modest and considerate of our beliefs.

Are there any weather considerations?

Answer

Please note that the reception will take place in a marquee, which will require walking on grass to access. While the wedding is in July, we kindly advise considering the unpredictability of British weather, as evenings may become chilly

When can I RSVP?

Answer

Please use the link you have been sent (via message) to RSVP or the QR code on your printed wedding invite. RSVP will be open from Fri 21st Feb until Sun 8th June.

Can I bring a plus one or children?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we kindly request that our wedding remains a celebration with only those listed on the invitation. We hope you understand and appreciate your cooperation in making this a special day for everyone invited.

Is transportation provided or are there parking options?

Answer

There is parking available at both venues however spaces are limited so we advise you to car share where possible. The Church and the reception venue are about 10 minutes apart by car. walking from either venue to the other will not be possible as the roads are country roads that may take up to 90 minutes to travel on.

Will there be a meal and can I request special dietary accommodations?

Answer

Yes. A buffet meal will be available from Jamaican, Lebanese and Sudanese cuisine. Any dietary requirement that you may have please declare them in your RSVP.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Yes. There is an Amazon gift registry available however if you would like to give financially to us as we start our lives together please feel free to do so. You can give either of these gifts through the 'Give' page on our website.

Are we allowed to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes we encourage you to take pictures and videos of our special day however please do not hinder the photography and content teams. If you are posting on social media please use the official hashtag below. #mackandantoinette

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The church ceremony will begin promptly at midday please arrive no later than 11:30am to allow time to park, enter the venue and find a seat. Due to pathway layout all walk ways leading to the ceremony will be closed at 11:50am for the ceremony. Late entry into the ceremony will be permitted at 12:30pm. After the wedding ceremony please promptly vacate the church so pictures can be taken. The reception venue will be available from 2:30pm. Light refreshments will be served at 3:00pm at the reception venue. The bridal party entrance will be at 3:45pm, and hot food will be served at 4:00pm. Due to noise restrictions the reception will finish at 10:30pm.
