What time should I arrive at the wedding venue?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00, so we recommend arriving by 4:45 to find your seats.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Garden Party Formal. Ladies: Full length or midi dresses in floral prints, vibrant hues, soft pastels or light fabrics. Gentlemen: Lightweight suits, ties optional. Light or neutral tones like beige, blue, or gray.

Can we bring our children?

As much as we love your little ones, this is an adults only celebration.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our venues are only able to accommodate a certain number of guests. Accordingly, all guests invited will be listed on the invitation in your RSVP.

What is the parking situation for the events if I am driving?

Answer

Fallkirk has a parking lot just past the initial turn for the venue. Additionally Stonetree has a parking lot (marked as the "Member Lot") for wedding guests. Continue past the initial parking lot beyond the clubhouse, then make a uphill left into the Member Lot.

Will there be transportation to the events?

Answer

We will be providing transportation after the wedding reception to San Rafael (AC Marriott) and San Francisco (Lombard & Divisadero), with departures around 11:00–11:15 PM. Please indicate your preference when you RSVP. Transportation to other events throughout the weekend will need to be arranged individually by guests.
