What is the venue?

Will there be a bar?

Answer

There will be a cash bar for all of our guests 21 years of age or older.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask all guests to please dress semi-formal. Example: cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, dark suits, ties, etc.)

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

All guests can arrive at approximately 3:45PM.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors on the back deck as well as cocktail hour. The reception will take place inside in the ballroom connecting to the deck.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We are hoping for a bright and sunny day with an expectation of low to mid 70’s.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There will be parking spots available for all guests in the main parking lot. If needed, carpooling at the end of the night, leaving some cars behind, is allowed. They must be picked up the following morning.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Due to safety restrictions, we are unable to accommodate to children at our wedding.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet offering 3 entree options.

What is the best way to let us know if you have dietary restrictions/allergies?

Are there hotel rooms booked for guests?

Answer

Unfortunately there are no rooms offered to stay at the wedding venue. However there are close hotels.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

This will be an unplugged ceremony. We will ask all guests to please turn off/put all phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We will have a photographer on site and will give guests access to all photos taken. We do, however, encourage guests to take as many videos and pictures they wish during the cocktail hour and reception. Our wedding hashtag will be #grantwedding to include when posting pictures/videos.

RSVP’s are due by April 1st 2022.

If I am not comfortable attending the wedding in-person, will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

We will have a zoom meeting set up for the ceremony and reception to those who reach out to us. We will have links/passwords sent out approx. a week before the wedding.

Can I bring my wedding gift to the ceremony?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

When will the reception end?

Answer

The reception is scheduled to end at 10PM.

What health and safety measures will be taken during the wedding celebration?

Answer

We are encouraging all guests to take precautions that they are comfortable with. If you would like to wear a mask, feel free to do so. If you would not like to wear a mask, we are asking all guests to please take your temperature before coming in to the event. We will be sending out an email regarding this topic about a month prior to the event.
