We worked at the Louie's Wine Dive in Iowa City for a few years when it first opened! We made a lot of good friends and memories there. Our old pal, Shannon, runs LWD in Des Moines! Stop in for a glass of vino and some fantastic brussel sprouts!
Des Moines Art Center
Just down the street from Annie's childhood home! Wander the halls of the art center and appreciate the glorious installations, or take a walk through the rose garden or by the pond. There is a playground nearby as well!

A beautiful, lush, warm sanctuary to explore. Enjoy the sights and smells of the beautiful plant life at the botanical gardens!
