We met through Ashley and Adam Manchester. At the time, Ashley and Maja worked together, and Ashley was dating Adam — Mike’s cousin. What began as friendship and effortless time spent together slowly turned into something much more meaningful. Ashley always insisted she had “the perfect guy” for Maja, and from the very beginning, she was right. In December 2019, everything finally aligned when the four of us met for dinner at a cozy neighborhood favorite, Tinto’s & Tapas. That evening brought our very first kiss, endless conversation, and plans for an official first date after the new year. Although life briefly pulled us in different directions, there was always something drawing us back to one another. A few weeks later, Maja reached out and asked Mike on another date. From that moment on, everything felt different. Mike knew he had found the woman he had been waiting for, and he wasn’t going to let her slip away. What followed was a love built on friendship, laughter, loyalty, and choosing each other again and again through every season of life. Now, surrounded by the people we love most, we cannot wait to celebrate, dance the night away, and begin our next chapter together as Mr. and Mrs. Manchester.
