To ensure an intimate and enjoyable celebration for all our guests, we kindly request that our wedding weekend be adults only. We love your little ones, but we ask that you make alternate arrangements for them on this special occasion. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We are so excited to celebrate with our loved ones! Please note that invitations are for the number of guests listed, and plus ones are not permitted unless otherwise specified.
All of our wedding events except the after party will be outside. As we'll be celebrating outdoors in Carmel Valley, please be prepared for potentially cool evenings. We recommend bringing layers to stay comfortable. In addition, our welcome event, ceremony, reception will take place on grass, so we recommend that women consider wearing flats or block heels, as stilettos may be difficult to walk in.
Yes! Unfortunately, guests will not be able to drive or take a rideshare to the venue on Saturday, September 20. Transportation will be provided on the day of the wedding to take guests to and from the venue. Shuttles will pick up guests at Carmel Plaza in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea, on the corner of Junipero St. and Ocean Ave. Please arrive by 2:30 PM for the shuttle service. We kindly ask guests to arrive a few minutes early to allow for a timely departure. Shuttles will also be available throughout the evening to take guests back to Carmel-by-the-Sea. Please plan your accommodations accordingly and plan to take advantage of this service! If you are not staying within walking distance of Carmel Plaza, we recommend taking a rideshare to and from Carmel Plaza so you can take a shuttle. Parking at the venue will not be permitted on Saturday, September 20, and rideshares are unreliable in this area. In case you need to reach someone about the shuttle service, please contact Josh Villegas at 831-524-4951.
We will not be providing shuttles to transport guests to Stonepine Estate for the welcome party on Friday, September 19 or the goodbye brunch on Sunday, September 21. Instead, guests can drive and park at the venue. To get to the Double H Ranch for the welcome event, please drive onto the property and turn left at the sign that says “Paddock House Pavilion” by the white fences and horse stables. To get to the Chateau for the brunch, please drive on the property until you get to the C&N iron gates. You can drive straight to the front of the Chateau to meet the valet.
Our requested attire for the wedding day is formal, black-tie optional. We encourage women to wear full length dresses or fancy cocktail dresses. Men may wear tuxedos or suits. Note, the ceremony and reception will take place on grass. Please plan footwear accordingly.
