Close friend of the bride. Lauren and Alicia had been friends since 2018. They met at group link through Mercy Hill Church, and she ended up joining the same group as the bride and the rest was history 😜 Since then they've remained close friends, even when Lauren was living in Raleigh; they went on fun birthday trips together, had endless girls nights, and crazy adventures. Alicia has also introduced her to some fun friends in the area and really helped Lauren adjust and feel welcomed to NC upon the original move from Iowa. She's been a supportive, kind, caring and above all... loyal friend. And Lauren cant wait to share the big day with her! She's also an amazing aunt to Cole! And always supports him in his endeavors whenever she can!! (Considering her crazy work travel schedule) 😉

Younger sister of the bride. Currently lives in Huntersville near Charlotte NC. Is working at a corporate Law Firm in downtown Charlotte as an administrative staff. She's grown to love the Lord over the last year and gave her life to Christ, PRASIE GOD! Which lead up to her baptism and she was kind enough to share that day with a surprise engagement (planned between the groom and her😉) which we couldn't be more thankful for! She's such a kind hearted, fun loving, spirited sister. And the BEST aunt anyone could ask for!

Ciarah Maize

Sister in-law of the bride! Ciarah has been a close family friend since childhood and became true family when she married Lauren's older brother, Michael, in 2016! It's been such a fun journey for Lauren, growing alongside Ciarah. She's been an avid role in Lauren's walk with Christ and was a major prayer warrior to bring Lauren to Christ in 2019. She welcomed Lauren into her small group, with Michael, and it was the biggest blessing anyone could ask for. Since then, she's had two AMAZING and beautiful children. (Discussed in their own special post) which has allowed Lauren to officially become an aunt! When Juan came into the family, he has grown to be loved by Oliver (oldest of the two kids) and they have a little special bond as well🥰

Ollie bear: cutest nephew alive. Son of Michael and Ciarah (brother and sister-in-law of bride) He will be assisting little Nora down the aisle with the rings 🤗 Nora Jo: newest member of the Maize family! She will be helping with the rings as well! Cannot wait to see them all dressed up ❤️
