FAQs

Question

COVID Updates!

Answer

The safety and wellbeing of our guests is priority one for us. We are keeping up with the latest recommendations and advice of the appropriate experts. We will have both indoor and outdoor seating available and encourage our guests to choose to sit wherever they are most comfortable. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly by phone, text, or email with any questions. ❤

Question

Since this event was rescheduled, should we RSVP again?

Answer

Yes! We are considering all RSVP’s for the original 2020 date void, since many people’s circumstances have changed. So please re-RSVP with the new, June 12th, 2021 date in mind. The sooner the better, as we are working with pandemic-related restrictions on guest count in mind.

Question

What are we signing up for?

Answer

Corny Jokes, Tears from the Bride & Groom, Questionable Dancing, Laughter, Some Delicious Food, Plenty of Booze

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this party is for big kids only (age 10 or above).

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be served via stations and we will do our best to accommodate special diets and needs in our selection. If you have a specific dietary requirement, please let us know.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we love meeting the important people in your life, we are keeping this an intimate gathering. Check out your invite and don't hesitate to ask us if you are uncertain.

Question

What time should I arrive for the main event?

Answer

Our shindig begins with Cocktail Hour at Bakery 105 at 5:30pm. You might miss some things if you're a little late, so please try and arrive on time!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding will take place in Historic Downtown Wilmington, which is walkable from the hotels where we have blocks. For this reason, we are encouraging people to walk or arrange their own transportation (using Ubers, Lyfts, etc.)!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Formality is "cocktail attire" but we want you to be comfortable enough to dance all night! It can get hot in Wilmington, with an average temperature in June in the low 80s, and our venue has both indoor and outdoor space.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We recommend taking some time to see the city and the beautiful North Carolina coast. Check out our Schedule page for specifics, and we'll see you on the beach.

Question

Will you be offended if we cannot make it?

Answer

Nope! We love you all and totally understand that Wilmington is not local, and everybody has plans. Just please RSVP to the best of your ability.
