Like most local love stories, our love story began in Iowa City at a Hawkeye football tailgate. We exchanged phone numbers, and as David puts it, “I never stopped texting him.” 8 years worth of memories later, we’ve traveled to Norway, flying over the Eiffel tower to dining at the fountains across from the Eiffel tower in Vegas, introduced 2 furry babies to our family, and purchased our dream home. A few months ago, David finally popped the question on the white sand beach at a Cancun resort, and I said yes. We can’t wait for this exciting new chapter to begin!
