Question

I can't commit right now, when do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

If you choose to book your accommodations independently, please let us know where you’ll be staying by September at the latest. This will help us finalize the headcount for the wedding reception and plan accordingly.

I can't take a whole week off of work... but i want to be there.. is this possible?

Answer

Yes! In fact, the wedding couple won't even be there for a full week! Guests are more than welcome to book a long weekend if that works better for their schedule.

Can I bring a guest or child?

Answer

You’re welcome to bring a plus-one—we just ask that you include them in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly for the wedding festivities. Please note that the resort is adults-only, so children won’t be able to attend the event.

Can I still book through the travel agent if I am only doing a weekend trip?

Answer

Yes! Nicole is happy to help you book your stay and flights through our group package regardless of how long you plan to stay.

How many people can stay in a room?

Answer

Group booking rates are based on double occupancy. Limited triple occupancy rooms may be available upon request. If you're planning to room alone, please note that single occupancy rates may differ from the standard double occupancy pricing.

Can I plan my own excursions or activities?

Answer

Yes! We know this is a vacation for our guests as well, so feel free to plan your own tours and activities during the trip. We just ask that you keep Saturday, January 10th open for the wedding festivities.
