Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to a limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on our RSVP page. If you have "{Your Name} and Guest" on our RSVP page, a plus one has been given to you.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes and most recommended accommodations are within a 5 min walking radius of the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Black-tie optional. We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.

Are children invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named on our RSVP page.

What happens if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

We ask that all guests RSVP by November 13, 2023. If we do not your RSVP by the given date, it will be marked as "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and vendors in a timely manner.

Can I cancel my RSVP?

Yes, just reach out to the couple.

What time is the ceremony/reception?

Answer

The ceremony will take place from 2:30pm-3:00pm (Weather willing). The reception will end at 9:00pm.

Will I need to bring warm clothing?

Answer

Please make sure you bring layers as Colorado weather is cold and unpredictable in February. The ceremony will be partially outdoors so bring your coats!

How far is the venue from Denver?

Answer

Estes Park is about 1.5 hours away from Denver and upwards of 2 hours away from Denver International Airport.
