How to book a room for Saturday August 3rd, 2019-Sunday August 4th, 2019: 1. Contact the hotel directly (920-499-7449) and mention the Thao/Vang wedding block (as you will be unable to access a group block online or through the central reservations for choice hotels) 2. Please reserve a room before or by Thursday July 4th, 2019 (that is the cut off date) 3. If you reserve after the cut off date, you could still be able to reserve a room but you won't qualify for the group discounted pricing 4. If you would like to arrive earlier or extend your stay that will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.
