When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Due to the current situation we are hoping to have RSVP as soon as possible. This helps us keep our venue and vendors updated as regulations change. If you know you definitely cannot or definitely can make our date please RSVP in the tab as soon as possible. Hard deadline to RSVP is July 7th (this date is subject to change)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 5:00 pm but you are welcome to come anytime after 4:30 (when the bar opens!)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Garden party attire (please no shorts, jeans or flip flops but a jacket is not necessary) **Most of the day will be spent outside so plan accordingly- it will be cooler as the sun goes down.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, I'm sorry we do love the kiddos but this is an adult-only event.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Of course- we have a room block at Portland Sheraton at Sable Oaks and will be having a shuttle to and from our venue. Please check the accommodation page for reservation information and other options. Reservations for our hotel block need to be made by July 6th, 2021, but plan accordingly because rooms will fill up quickly. I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction and we will let our caterers know.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is minimal parking at our venue- so please plan accordingly. There will be shuttles from the hotel block to and from the venue. Please reach out to Larissa or Stephen if you plan to drive and will need to park so we can keep track of the numbers to ensure there will be enough spots.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes we will have a shuttle from the Sheraton to the venue before the ceremony and there will be two shuttles back after the reception ends and then again after the after party.
